Soccer Cats Improve to 3-0, Shut Out Missouri State

Kansas State overwhelmed Missouri State in the 2026 home opener at Buser Family Park on Thursday, as the Wildcats tallied a 3-0 win over the Bears. K-State has opened the season with three straight wins for the second straight season.

Combined with its home draw to end the 2025 season, Kansas State (3-0-0) in unbeaten in its last four matches which is the second-longest unbeaten streak in program history.

K-State registered 32 shots and tied the school record with 13 on goal. The 32 shots narrowly missed tying the school record of 33 set on Sept. 10, 2017, against Creighton. The 13 shots on goal tied the mark set in the same match against Creighton.

K-State continues its three-match home stand on Sunday, August 23, as the Wildcats host South Dakota State at 1 p.m.
