HUTCHINSON, Kan. —Law enforcement authorities are investigating a Kansas man on drug charges after a drug bust.
Just before 6p.m. Friday, the Hutchison Police Department Special Operations Unit, Reno County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Interdiction Unit and South Hutchinson Police Department a search warrant on West Bigger Street in Hutchinson, according to a media release.
Officers seized 44 balloons with each balloon containing .5 grams black tar heroin, 14 Oxycodone 30mg pills, methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.
They arrested Randall J. Sipes, 51, Hutchinson was arrested on requested charges of Possession of Heroin w/ intent to distribute, Possession of Oxycodone w/ intent to distribute, Possession of Paraphernalia w/ intent to distribute, Possession of methamphetamine and Possession of paraphernalia.
