Wildcats’ Husker Invitational Schedule Adjusted

MANHATTAN, Kan. – Due to issues related to COVID-19 within the Tulsa volleyball program, K-State’s match against Tulsa at the Husker Invitational has been cancelled and the weekend’s schedule has been altered, officials announced Thursday.

The Wildcats will now take on Colgate at 11 a.m. in the season opener on Friday at Devaney Center before facing No. 5 Nebraska on Saturday at 4 p.m.

K-State was originally scheduled for a Friday doubleheader with Colgate and Tulsa. Saturday’s match with the Cornhuskers will remain as scheduled and air on Big Ten Network with radio coverage on News Radio KMAN.

Friday’s season opener with the Raiders will stream live on BTN+ and the Fox Sports app with Rob Voelker on the call for News Radio KMAN. Both matches will have free, streaming audio at K-StateSports.com/Watch.
