FORT WORTH, Texas – K-State looked to win its fifth straight in the series against TCU, but the Horned Frogs pulled the upset with a 75-62 win on Saturday night at Schollmaier Arena.
K-State (15-12, 4-10 Big 12) featured four players in double figures, led by senior Gabby Gregory with 15 points. Sophomore Jaelyn Glenn added 13 points, while her sister Brylee notched 11 points and freshman Eliza Maupin came off the bench to record her second career double-double with 10 points and 10 rebounds.
TCU (7-18, 1-13) was led by transfer Lucy Ibeh with 21 points and 10 rebounds, while senior Tara Manumaleuga notched 16 points.
