KANSAS CITY —Law enforcement are investigating another homicide in Kansas City.
Just after 8:30p.m. Friday, police were dispatched to report of a shooting in the 2000 block of Drury Avenue, according to KCPD Officer Alayna Gonzalez.
When officers arrived, EMS was already on scene and advised an adult male victim was located in the street and declared deceased after suffering from gunshot trauma.
Preliminary investigation indicates an argument took place between the victim and an adult male suspect that escalated to gunfire and the victim was struck. There is no person of interest identified and no one is in custody. Police have not released the name of the victim.
