SHAWNEE COUNTY —Law enforcement across Kansas continue to find driver traveling far above the posted speed limit.
On Thursday night, a deputy was running radar in the block of SW Wanamaker Road in Topeka, according to a social media report from the Shawnee County Sheriff.
This area has had multiple injury accidents and the sheriff's office has had many complaints of speeders.
Around 9:45pm, the deputy stopped a Chrysler 300 southbound on Wanamaker driving at 114 miles per hour. The sheriff's office released no additional details but did encourage driver to "Slow Down."
