WYANDOTTE COUNTY —One person died in an accident just before 5p.m. Wednesday in Wyandotte County.
The Kansas Highway Patrol reported a 2019 McLaren 570S driven by Sidney Patrick Jay Kile, 28, Olathe, was westbound on Merriam Lane at a high rate of speed. The car struck a 2017 Honda Accord driven by Anne Elizabeth Wohl, 37, Lenexa, who was attempting to turn North on 34th Street from Merriam Lane.
After impact, the McLaren then struck a 2018 Ford F150 driven by Aaron Scott Stich, 47, Brookline, Missouri.
EMS transported a Sidney and a passenger in the McLaren Roger L Stroble, 74, Kansas City, Kansas, to KU Medical Center where Stroble was pronounced deceased. The other drivers were not injured. All four were properly restrained, according to the KHP.
