Tampa Bay used a stout defense and the pass-catch combination of quarterback Tom Brady and tight end Rob Gronkowski to defeat the Kansas City Chiefs 31-9 in the Super Bowl Sunday night in Tampa, Florida.
The Buccaneers defense kept the chiefs out of the end zone, holding Kansas City to three field goals.
Kansas city was trying to win a second consecutive Super Bowl.
