TOPEKA, Kan. – Law enforcement authorities are investigating a shooting that left one man with life-threatening injuries.
Just before 6:30 a.m. Thursday, police were dispatched to the 600 block of SW Taylor Street on a report of shooting, according to police spokesperson Gretchen Koenen.
Upon arrival, officers located one adult male suffering from life-threatening injuries believed to be associated with the shooting.
American Medical Response transported the victim to a local hospital. Police released no additional details.
