COWLEY COUNTY —One person died in an accident just after 6a.m. Wednesday in Cowley County.
Arkansas City police reported a vehicle driven by 55-year-old Joseph Musgrove of Arkansas City was involved in an accident at Wilson Park 701 N. Summit, according to a media release from police.
Musgrove was identified as the only individual in the vehicle. He was pronounced deceased at the scene. Police released no additional information. The accident remains under investigation.
