SEDGWICK COUNTY —Law enforcement will conduct no further investigation of an accidental discharge of a firearm that occurred last weekend at a Gun and Knife Show at&nbsp;Century II Performing Arts and Convention Center,&nbsp;225 W Douglas Avenue in Wichita.

There was an accidental discharge of a handgun by a patron, according to Sedgwick County Sheriff's Lt. Nathan Gibbs. The firearm was located on a dealer’s table, according GIbbs. No one was injured.&nbsp; &nbsp;The case was documented and closed.

The sheriff's office released no additional details including the model or caliber of the gun involved.&nbsp; Management for<a href="https://macshows.com/contact-us/"> Midwest Arms Collectors</a> or MAC Shows, who are in charge of the event refused to comment on the incident.
