Kansas State will play West Virginia in the opening game of the Phillips 66 Big 12 Men's Basketball Championship at 6 p.m. Wednesday. The tournament is being played at the T-Mobile Center in Kansas City, Missouri.
K-State is seeded 8th and West Virginia 9th in the tournament. The winner of their contest will advance to meet top seed Kansas at 2 p.m. Thursday. Other first round games on Thursday include TCU vs. Texas, Baylor against Oklahoma, and Texas Tech will square off against Iowa State. The tournament continues Friday and Saturday.
