NESS COUNTY —Law enforcement authorities are investigating a Kansas man on child sex allegations.
Just after 11:30 p.m. July 11, deputies from the Ness County Sheriffs Office executed an arrest warrant at 414 S Kansas Avenue in Ransom, according to a media release from the Kansas Bureau of Investigation.
Braydan Lee Fringer, 22, was arrested after a cooperative investigation between the Ness County Sheriffs Office and the Kansas Bureau of Investigation.
Fringer was booked into the Ness County Jail for one count of Electronic Solicitation of a Child, and four counts of Sexual Exploitation of a Child.
