Kan. registered offender convicted of new drug crimes

PAWNEE COUNTY —A Kansas man is going back to prison after a court appearance on June 17.

According to Pawnee County District Attorney Doug McNett, 58-year-old Stacey Minor of Larned, was sentenced to 59 months in prison for convictions of a 3rd violation of the Offender Registration Act and Possession of Methamphetamine with Intent to Distribute;

Miner has been registered as offender since July of 2010 for convictions that include distribution of heroin, distribution of opiates, conspiracy to manufacture a controlled substance and possession of precursors with intent to manufacture a controlled substance, according to the Kansas Offender Registry.
