Kansas man indicted for his role in illegal drug crimes

TOPEKA—Law enforcement authorities have indicted a Kansas man on federal charges in connection with drug crimes.

Ross E. Hoelscher, 38, of Topeka, is being held for alleged violation of two counts of Use of a Communication Facility, according to the United State's Attorney's office

Upon conviction, the crimes carry the following penalties Punishable by a term of imprisonment not to exceed eight years and a fine not to exceed the greater of that authorized in accordance $250,000.00 or both, and a term of supervised release not to exceed three years.
