SUMNER COUNTY —Southbound Interstate 35 remains closed between the U.S. 160 exit near Wellington and the U.S. 166 exit near South Haven, according to Kansas Turnpike Authority.&nbsp;

The weekend rain and flood damage forced the closure.&nbsp;Drivers are advised to follow the KDOT-recommended detour around the closure, according to KanDrive.
