JACKSON COUNTY—Law enforcement authorities are investigating a Kansas man on drug distribution charges.
Just before noon Tuesday, sheriff's deputies served a search warrant on a home at 15464 150th Road in rural Mayetta following an ongoing investigation into the distribution of marijuana, according to Sheriff Tim Morse.
Deputies seized U.S. currency and marijuana from the residence and arrested 57-year-old Terry Lynn Fox.
He was booked on requested charges of distribution of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, using a communication facility; in the commission of a felony drug violation and no drug tax stamp.
