ATCHISON COUNTY —Law enforcement are investigating a suspect on drug allegations.
Shortly before 8p.m. Saturday an officer on patrol conducted a traffic stop in the 700 block Kearney in Atchison for a traffic violation, according to Police Chief Mike Wilson. The driver identified as 26-year-old Mikaylah Ramirez of St. Joseph was found to be in possession of controlled substances.
Police booked her into the Atchison County Jail on requested charges of possession of methamphetamine, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia and several traffic violations.
