JACKSON COUNTY—Law enforcement are investigating a suspects on drug allegaions.
Just before 8p.m. September 7, a Sheriff’s Deputy conducted a traffic stop on a white 1996 Chevrolet 1500 for a traffic infraction at U.S. Highway 75 and 142nd Road, according to Sheriff Tim Morese.
A probable cause search was conducted resulting in the discovery of methamphetamine, and drug paraphernalia.
A passenger, Robert Michael Rolin, 43, of Topeka, was arrested and booked into the Jackson County Jail of possession of meth and paraphernalia.
