Riley County health officials have received numerous questions about the Phase 1.5 COVID-19 recovery implemented by Governor Kelly. In Manhattan, Health Officer, Julie Gibbs said there is specific business guidance and a thorough FAQ document at COVID.KS.GOV. Phase 1.5 will run until at least June 1.
Gibbs said complaints have been received about certain businesses."Please know that we do take this seriously. If you are concerned about a business in violation of the order you can call our hotline at 785-587-5426 or email us at [email protected]. From there we send these on to RCPD to look into it further."
Under Phase 1.5 restaurants must also continue to close for the evening at 10 p.m.
