Riley County health officials have received numerous questions about the Phase 1.5 COVID-19 recovery implemented by Governor Kelly. In Manhattan, Health Officer, Julie Gibbs said there is specific business guidance and a thorough FAQ document at COVID.KS.GOV.&nbsp;Phase 1.5 will run until at least June 1.&nbsp;Gibbs said complaints have been received about certain businesses."Please know that we do take this seriously. If you are concerned about a business in violation of the order you can call our hotline at 785-587-5426 or email us at rileycountycovid19@gmail.com. From there we send these on to RCPD to look into it further."Under Phase 1.5 restaurants must also continue to close for the evening at 10 p.m.
