
SHAWNEE COUNTY —Law enforcement authorities are investigating three suspects after a Tuesday drug raid.
On Monday, the Shawnee County Drug Enforcement Task Force served a narcotic search warrant in the 3600 Blk of SW Kirklawn, according to Sgt. Todd Stallbaumer.
Deputies and Topeka Police Officers located methamphetamine, marijuana, three firearms, a large quantity of US currency and drug paraphernalia during the search warrant.

They arrested Stephen L. Lester,62, of Topeka was arrested and booked him into the Shawnee County Department of Corrections for Possession of Methamphetamine W/Intent to Distribute and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Armando Rangel, 47, of Topeka and Stephanie A. Graham, 42, of Topeka were also booked into the Shawnee County Department of Corrections for Possession of Methamphetamine.
