SEDGWICK COUNTY —Law enforcement authorities are investigating a Kansas man for alleged sex crimes.
Just after 9:00 p.m. Saturday police responded to an indecent liberties report at a residence in the 2100 block of North Jackson in Wichita, according to officer Charley Davidson.
Through the investigation, officers learned that the a suspect identified as 46-year-old Jose Luis Garcia-Gomez inappropriately touched a teenage victim while at the residence.
Police arrested Garcia-Gomez at the residence and booked him for one count of aggravated indecent liberties, according to Davidson.
The investigation is ongoing and the case will be presented to the Sedgwick County District Attorney’s Office.
