Kan. man accused of threatening to spread coronavirus to 11-year-old

SCOTT COUNTY —Law enforcement authorities are investigating a Kansas man for an alleged criminal threat in Scott County.

Just before 8:30 p.m. Tuesday, the Scott City Police Department received a call about an incident that happened at Dollar General involving a man telling an 11-year-old girl he was going to give her corona and coughed in her face, according to police Chief David Post.

Just before 11p.m. police arrested Chance Archie Seamans, 31, Scott City, on a requested charge of Terrorism and Criminal Threat.

He is currently incarcerated in the Scott County Jail, according to Post.
