SALINE COUNTY— One person was injured in an accident just before 2p.m. Sunday in Saline County.
The Kansas Highway Patrol reported a 2004 Subaru Legacy driven by Jana Elizabeth Kellogg, 18, Manhattan, was eastbound on Interstate 70 just east of Brookville Road.
The driver applied brakes and lost control due to ice of the vehicle. It slid into the median and rolled one time.
EMS transported Kellogg to the hospital in Salina. She was properly restrained at the time of the accident, according to the KHP.
