WYANDOTTE COUNTY —Police investigating a fatal weekend motorcycle crash have identified the victim as 38-year-old Andrew Robert Higbee, 37, of Kansas City, Kansas, according to a statement from Kansas City, Kansas police
Just after 6:30p.m. Saturday a motorcycle driven by Higbee was eastbound in the 7800 Block of Parallel Parkway and struck a vehicle. Higbee was pronounced deceased on the scene. There were no other injuries.
Police released no additional details.
