SHAWNEE COUNTY—Law enforcement authorities are investigating a suspect on multiple charges after an arrest.
Just before 2:30 p.m. Tuesday, police were dispatched to the report of an Aggravated Robbery that had occurred in the area of the 1100 block of SW Washburn Avenue, according to Lt. Edward Stanley.
As a result of the investigation, Donald L. Davis, 32, of Topeka, was jailed in the Shawnee County Department of Corrections on requested charges of Aggravated Robbery, Aggravated Assault, Criminal Possession of a weapon by a Felon, Kidnapping, Theft and Jackson County arrest warrant. He is no longer in custody in Shawnee County, according to online jail records.
