MANHATTAN, Kan. – Sophomore guard Nijel Pack received yet another honor for his impressive season in 2021-22, as he was selected First Team All-District 8 by the National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC) on Tuesday morning.
Pack was joined on the organization’s First Team by Kansas’ Ochai Agbaji, Baylor’s James Akinjo, Iowa State’s Izaiah Brockington and Texas Tech’s Bryson Williams, mirroring the All-Big 12 First Team by the league coaches and The Associated Press. The Second Team consisted of Texas’ Timmy Allen, Kansas’ Christian Braun, Baylor’s Adam Flagler, TCU’s Mike Miles, Jr., and West Virginia’s Taz Sherman. The District 8 Coach of the Year was Baylor’s Scott Drew. The All-District honors are voted on by NABC-member coaches across NCAA Division I.
