KBI: Silver Alert canceled, missing Kansas woman found

FRANKLIN COUNTY – The Ottawa Police reported that 74-year-old Linda Duncan was located and is now safe. The Statewide Silver Alert is now canceled.

FRANKLIN COUNTY – The Ottawa Police Department requested the Kansas Bureau of Investigation (KBI) issue a statewide Silver Alert for a missing Ottawa woman. 

The Ottawa Police Department is asking for help locating  missing 74-year-old Linda K. Duncan, from Ottawa, Kansas. Linda is 5-foot-2, 145 pounds, with white hair and blue eyes.

She may be driving a Red/Maroon, 2007, Kia, Rondo, displaying Kansas License Plate 040-GSY. The vehicle is registered to an address in Ottawa, Kansas.

The vehicle was last seen traveling near the intersection of Webb and Kellogg Streets in Wichita, Kansas on March 7, 2024, at 4:08 p.m. It is not known why Linda would be traveling in the Wichita area.
