JOHNSON COUNTY —Authorities are working to determine the cause of a fire at an apartment complex under construct in Olathe.
Just after 4a.m. fire crews from Olathe, Lenexa and the city of Shawnee responded to the fire at 275 S Parker, according to a social media report from the Olathe Fire Department. When the call came in, fire was seen from over four miles away.
The was a partial building collapse. It took around two hours to get the fire under control. Firefighters wore working on the hot spots. There were injuries reported.
