Attendance will be limited for the Junction City - Manhattan football game Friday evening at Al Simpler Stadium. COVID-19 is the reason.

Matt Westerhaus, Athletic Director for JCHS, explained that there will be a restriction to 500 spectators including  families of football team members and coaches, band, cheer, dance, families of visiting team players, JCHS students and some discretionary tickets for the host school.  The attendance count does not include the football  team, band, cheer and dance members.

Westerhaus noted, "We will not have any general admission tickets for purchase Friday night."  All tickets will be allocated through the Junction City High School Athletic Department within programs previously mentioned, and signed up for in advance of the game.

The contest will be livestreamed at https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC5NpA3lk19QvYDbnEwva2vQ. It can also be heard on 107.9 FM / 1420 KJCK.
