How did you get into rodeo?
I grew up doing colt starting competitions such as AQHA young horse development and Kansas Youth Mustang Makeovers. While competing in jackpots on the side.
What advice would you give to youth/high school rodeo athletes?
If something new comes to mind and you aren’t sure about taking the step to do so. Ask someone for guidance and take the next step to try it.
What is one thing you want people to know about K-State Rodeo?
Behind all of the hard work that goes into practice, setups, hosting events, traveling, and competing there is a family that has developed between everyone on the team.
*Questionnaires were sent to the K-State Rodeo team and we will feature athletes daily leading up to the 2024 K-State Rodeo, which will be Thursday, February 15th through Sunday, February 18th.
