FINNEY COUNTY—Law enforcement authorities are investigating a suspect for alleged child sex crimes.
On Thursday, police in Garden City arrested 35-year-old Richard San Juan in connection to sex crimes reported to have occurred involving a 14-year-old girl known to him.
He is being held in the Finney County Jail on requested charges that include multiple counts of Indecent Liberties with a Child.
