Kansas woman accused of heroin distribution after traffic stop

JACKSON COUNTY—Law enforcement authorities are investigating three suspects on drug charges after a traffic stop.

 Just before 3p.m. Friday, a sheriff’s deputy stopped a 2001 Chevy Blazer near 110th and U.S. Highway 75 for a traffic infraction, according to Sheriff Tim Morse.

The traffic stop resulted in the arrest of the driver and two occupants.

The driver, Jimmy Clinton Lininger, 30, of Topeka was arrested on requested charges of criminal use of a weapon and he had an outstanding felony Shawnee County warrant.

Annette Marie Martin, 52, of Topeka was arrested on a requested charge of distribution of heroin, possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.

Rebecca Ellen Pollock, 46, of Topeka was arrested for possession of methamphetamine, possession of heroin and drug paraphernalia. All three subjects are being held in the Jackson County Jail.
